Q: What is permanent jewelry
Permanent jewelry is a custom, chain-based bracelet, anklet, or necklace sized just for you and welded together with a jump ring. Because the jewelry has no clasp, it is permanent! We use high quality, skin-friendly materials (14K GF and Sterling Silver) that are made to hold up to normal wear. It’s not something you take on and off when you go to bed or shower, but it can be removed using scissors if needed.
Q. Is it safe?
Yes. We use the top-of-the-line welder which is designed with safety in mind and take all needed precautions to make sure it is safe for you and for us.
Q: What bracelet options do you have?
At the moment we have a wide variety of silver, and 14K yellow & rose gold fill options. We also carry a pretty extensive selection of charms and connectors so that you can personalize your jewelry.
Q: Do you take walk ins?
We do not have a brick & mortar location at this time, so appointments are needed. Appointments are the best way to ensure that we have the jewelry materials in stock that you prefer, and will get you in and out in a timely manner. Q: How do you remove an item?
Scissors, wire cutters, or pliers are all capable of cutting your jewelry. For necklaces, in case of emergency and for added safety, we may leave one link un-welded so that it is easier to pull off.
Q: What if something happens?
Reach out to us... We want you to be happy!
Q: What if it breaks?
Notify us as soon as the breakage happens and how it happened. We cover repairs that are at the weld site for free. A small fee is required for all other repairs or to weld an item created by a different vendor. If the bracelet has broken in too many places or has become stretched because of improper use, a larger fee will be owed.
Q. Will it tarnish? We use high quality materials for our permanent jewelry Sterling Silver will tarnish, but should be able to be cleaned. We recommend avoiding sulphur pools, tanning cream and any other chemicals that would harm non-permanent semi-fine jewelry
Q: Do you put permanent jewelry on children?
Right now, we do not put permanent bracelets on any person under the age of 13. We ask that people aged 13-18 come with a legal guardian. Children under 13 can get a bracelet custom sized for them with a clasp for safety.
Q: Can you accommodate a group?
Of course! Sororities, bridal parties, women's groups, BFFs, family gatherings, birthdays, bachelorettes and other groups are perfect for this! We have even seen this offered at weddings as a deluxe favor!
Q: Will this affect me going through airport security?
Fine jewelry such as the chains we use for our permanent jewelry will not need to be taken off when going through TSA
Q: I got a piece from another place and it broke; will you fix it?
Definitely! Just contact us and include photos and the original material price and we’ll see what we can do. Depending on the chain, we may or may not have the material to repair other shops’ jewelry but we’ll try our best! A small fee will be owed.
Q: Will you add charms to a bracelet I got at another place?
Sure we will.
